2. Eligibility:
You must be a registered business entity (hotel, resort, guesthouse, hostel, homestay, or property operator) to use Laravel. By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business.

3. Account Responsibilities:
- You agree to provide accurate business and contact details during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are liable for all activities under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Software Usage & License:
- Laravel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for managing your property operations.
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the Software without prior written permission.
- The Software is provided as a service (SaaS) and remains the property of Laravel.

5. Subscription & Payments:
- Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
- You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Channel Manager & Third-Party Integrations:
- The Software integrates with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), payment gateways, and other third-party services.
- Laravel is not responsible for errors, downtime, or disputes arising from third-party systems.
- You are responsible for maintaining valid contracts and accounts with integrated OTAs and payment providers.

7. Data & Privacy:
- We collect and process property, guest, and transaction data to provide services.
- Data is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of your business and guest data but grant Laravel the right to process it for providing the service.

8. Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to:

• Use the Software for fraudulent or illegal bookings.
• Upload harmful code or attempt to disrupt the Software.
• Share login credentials outside your organization.
• Manipulate rates, inventory, or financial transactions dishonestly.

9. Limitation of Liability:
Laravel is not liable for:

• Losses from booking cancellations, no-shows, or guest disputes.
• Errors caused by third-party integrations (OTAs, payment gateways, etc.).
• Revenue loss due to downtime, system maintenance, or technical issues.
• Business decisions you make based on reports or analytics from the Software.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service.

10. Termination of Services:
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Payments are overdue.
- You misuse the Software in a way that may harm Laravel or its clients.
Upon termination, access to your account and associated data may be revoked.

11. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in the Software (including code, design, logos, and documentation) belong to Laravel. You may not use them without permission.

12. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Alipore Court, Kolkata.
